GRADSA 5K
The Green River Area Down Syndrome Association organizes the GRADSA 5K on October 31, 2026 at the Downtown Owensboro Riverfront in Owensboro, Kentucky. The event raises funds for the 2026 GRADSA Buddy Walk®. The Buddy Walk and the 5K are the organization’s main fundraisers during the year.
The running distance is 3.1 miles. Registration opens May 26, 2026 and closes October 1, 2026. Registration fees are listed in two tiers: Early Bird, before October 1, is $25; Regular, from October 1 through race day, is $30. Race day registration and packet pickup are available on the day of the event.
All runners who register before October 1 will receive a commemorative race t-shirt. The event welcomes people with Down syndrome, people who know someone with Down syndrome, and other community members who wish to support the fundraiser.
