Gosh Darn Goddard 5k & 10k
The event takes place at Goddard State Park marina in Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania. It uses an out-and-back shaded course on the bike trail and offers both road and virtual options.

- 5 km run/walk and a walk-only division
- 5 km virtual
- 10 km run
Registration opens 1/29/2026 and closes 6/15/2026. Entry fees listed for the in-person events include $25 for 5 km entries and $30 for the 10 km. Virtual participants may submit a finishing time through the event results system.
Awards and recognition include prize money for the overall male and female 10 km winners, wooden finisher medals for all 10 km finishers, and age-group awards. The 10 km awards and 5 km awards follow specified age-group categories; the walk division recognizes the top three male and female walkers. Trophies are awarded to top age-group finishers with medals for second place.
Additional event features include a newly designed 2026 event shirt, music and the national anthem, free food for participants including hot dogs, BBQ sandwiches, salads and cookies, a sit-down pavilion for the post-event meal, and raffle prizes.
