Gorge Waterfalls

Gorge Waterfalls is a trail running event in the Columbia River Gorge, staged at Marine Park Pavilion in Cascade Locks, Oregon. The event takes place April 10–12, 2026 and offers trail race distances of:

  • 100K
  • 50K
  • 30K

The races use Gorge trail terrain and include marked courses, chip timing, live results and professional on-course medical support. Thunder Island at Marine Park is available for tent camping to participants; camping is first come, first served, and campfires and alcohol are not allowed on the island.

Logistics and registration

Each race day has a capacity limit of 450 runners. Registration fees listed for the 2026 event range by entry period: 30K ($140–$155), 50K ($190–$205) and 100K ($270–$290). The fee covers race organization, course marking, aid stations, restrooms, shuttle buses, post-race food and beverages, custom finisher awards and professional photography. There is no lottery for entries; transfers are not available after races fill and a waitlist is used if needed.

Course cutoffs are published by distance (examples: 100K overall cutoff is 17 hours; 50K and 30K have published overall cutoffs). The 100K is a Western States qualifier (finishers must meet the published time requirement) and each distance is an UTMB® Index race. Dogs are not allowed on course or at aid stations; leashed dogs may remain in outdoor staging areas. Parking at Marine Park requires a $10 daily fee.
