Stevenson Turkey Trot
The Stevenson Turkey Trot is a community run-walk-jog held in Stevenson on Thanksgiving Day. The event starts at the Skamania Fairground Exhibit Hall and proceeds through parts of the town. The main distance is 5K and participants move at running or walking paces.
Entry to the event is free. Organizers request donations of non-perishable food or cash to be collected for the local food bank. Past editions have collected hundreds of pounds of food and monetary donations for the food bank.
Pre-registration is requested; participants who arrive on the day of the event may participate but will not receive a bib number or be listed in the official results.
