Goodlettsville Four Mile Classic
The Goodlettsville Four Mile Classic is a community road race held at Moss Wright Park in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. The event uses a USATF certified racecourse that runs along the park jogging path and an interior loop to reach the required 4 miles; the course is the same as the 2022 layout.
The race raises funds for Good Works / Walking with Swager, an organization that provides disaster relief and helps local elderly residents with projects such as removing a fallen tree from an entryway. Race results are posted online after the event.
On-course and event logistics include designated parking areas at the Bowen-Campbell House, along the park road by the football fields, and at the visitor center. Parking by the playground is reserved for event staff and volunteers and will be marked with cones as needed.
Awards have been updated: medals will be awarded for first place overall instead of race hats, and race hats are available for early registrations in place of shirts. Overall, masters, and grandmasters receive awards for first through third place; age group awards are medals for first and second place. Entry fees are listed within a range and may vary by offer period. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
