The Good Life Race
The Good Life Race is a road running event hosted at the Oak Park and River Forest High School in Oak Park, Illinois. The event features multiple race distances held on flat and fast road courses. The 5K and Youth Mile courses are USATF certified, ensuring that the distances have been precisely measured according to national standards.
The event offers the following distances:

- Youth Mile (open to ages 12 and under)
- Junior Dash (open to ages 6 and under)
Participants in the 5K and Youth Mile receive a tri-blend t-shirt as part of their registration. Along the course and at the event site, entertainment is provided by local groups, including the Oak Park and River Forest High School drumline, the Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School band, and the Jesse White Tumblers.
The race partners with charitable organizations such as Beyond Hunger and the Collaboration for Early Childhood.
