Good Friday Race - Burlington, ON
The Good Friday Race takes place at Spencer Smith Park along the Burlington Waterfront Trail. The course proceeds toward Burlington Beach and returns to the park, with the 5 km run/walk completing one out-and-back loop and the 10 km completing two loops.

The event is organized by a volunteer community running club and supports the FAB Foundation (Fit Active Beautiful), a program focused on young girls. It is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and has a Health and Safety Plan and an Emergency Management Plan in place.
Practical details include race kit pickup at a local running store before the event and at Spencer Smith Park on race day. Registration is available through RaceRoster or by cash on site; credit and debit payments are not accepted. A Green Bib option is offered; participants who choose it do not receive a finisher medal. A bag check is available for a small donation to the foundation.
Organizers encourage carpooling, use of public transit, or cycling to improve sustainability. Municipal parking near the venue is free on weekends, with about 400 spaces in the municipal garage on Locust Street. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
