Golden Gate Bridge Half 13.1, 10k, 5k
The event is a chip timed road race that crosses the Golden Gate Bridge and returns to its starting area at The Embarcadero Pier 39 in San Francisco. Participants must wear their bib on the front torso. The course offers open views of San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz while runners traverse the bridge.
The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual entry. All finishers receive a commemorative race medal and a full color long sleeve technical dry release T shirt produced for the 250th birthday celebration. Race results will be posted shortly after the event.
Additional on-site details noted by the organizer include parking at Pier 39 and local points of interest near the finish area such as the Pier 39 sea lions, Ghirardelli Chocolate, and sourdough soup bowls.
