Gods Own Backyard Ultra Fall

Gods Own Backyard Ultra Fall 2025 takes place at Hunters Greave, Pollard Lane, Hawksworth, Leeds (LS5 3BF). The race uses a 4.167-mile loop run on a mixed course of canal towpath, farmland, woodland and tarmac, with an undulating profile and a dedicated night section along the canal. Following the Backyard Ultra format, competitors must complete each loop within an hour to continue; all others are DNF, with the last person to finish a loop crowned champion.

The route is fully waymarked and marshalled and chip-timed, with camping, toilets, first aid, and aid stations offering hot and cold drinks, fruit and sweets.
