Course and race services
All courses are out-and-back. The 5K route is used for the 5K (one lap) and the 10K (two laps). The 5-mile route is used for the 10 Miler (two laps). The Half Marathon uses the 5-mile route twice plus the 5K route once. The beach path is an open course; runners should stay on the right side of the path while cyclists use the left side.
On-course support includes a water station at Belmont Pier and a finish-line aid station stocked with water, gatorade, gels, and fruit snacks. Each station has a first aid kit and crew members with CPR training. A tent is set up west of the finish line for spectators; the festival area has no shade or seating. Gear check is available at the registration tent (participants should bring their own bag). First place medals are awarded to the overall first male and female in each distance.
