Glow by the Bay 5K - Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival Run/Walk/Roll
Glow by the Bay 5K takes place on August 21, 2026, on the Osaugie Trail in Superior, WI. The event is part of the Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival and benefits organizations serving the Twin Ports community.
The festival spans August 21 to 22 and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Superior. Festival offerings include food trucks, a beverage tent, and live music. Spectator admission has no fee. A small cash fee is charged for parking on festival days; paid parking is available in the large grassy lot across from Barker’s Island for five dollars per day cash only.

Race services are provided by Tortoise & Hare Race Management and include finish line chip timing, bibs, immediate results printed and posted online, and an LED race clock. Packet pickup and race day registration are available. Each child in the Kids Fun Run receives a goodie bag while supplies last.
