Glens Falls Hospital Aloha Family 5k and 1 Mile Fun Walk
This event is a family-friendly race held rain or shine at Haviland's Cove Park Pavilion in Glens Falls. The course runs along the historic Feeder Canal, with the return following the Pruyn Island trail beside the Hudson River. Beach music and a Hawaiian theme contribute to a festive atmosphere, with music, kids activities, and photo opportunities after the event.
Distances
- 5K, chip-timed, on flat paved roads and hard packed gravel
- 1 Mile fun walk, off street course along Feeder Canal and Pruyn Island trail
The 5K is chip-timed. Jogging strollers are permitted. No dogs are allowed on the course. All ages are welcome; children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All children 12 and under will receive a medal.
Registration has tiered fees and walk up registration is available the day of the event at a higher price. Fees listed include adult, youth, employee, and day of race amounts. Participants registered by May 15, 2026 are guaranteed an athletic race tee-shirt; registrations after that date are not guaranteed.
