The Glens Falls Hospital Aloha Family 5k and 1 Mile Fun Walk takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Haviland's Cove Park in Glens Falls, New York.

Course Information
The event starts at the Haviland Cove Park Pavilion. The 5K course runs along the Feeder Canal and returns via the Pruyn Island trail along the Hudson River. The course is off-street, using flat, paved roads and hard-packed gravel surfaces. Jogging strollers are permitted. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
Participant Information
The 5K race is chip-timed. All ages are welcome, but children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All children aged 12 and under receive a finisher's medal. Awards are given to the overall top three male and female 5K finishers.
A Hawaiian theme is encouraged for participants. An awards celebration with music and kids' activities follows the event.
Registration and Fees
Walk-up registration is available on race day at an increased price. Standard registration fees are $30 for adults ($15 for ages 6-17) and $25 for Glens Falls Hospital employees ($15 for ages 6-17). Children 5 and under participate for free. A race T-shirt is guaranteed for 5K participants registered by May 15, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
