Glendale-River Hills Family Fun Run
This community event at Parkway Elementary in Glendale, WI features a short running course and a family glow walk. The event date is September 18, 2026. It is organized by the Glendale-River Hills School District Foundation and proceeds will benefit the Glendale River Hills School District.
Distances offered:
- 3k Fun Run that loops around the grounds of Parkway with no busy roads to cross.
- 1k Glow Walk through the woods behind Parkway that returns to the starting area.
Race day includes t-shirt pick-up, the organized runs and a post-event after party with a DJ, dancing, and food. Glowsticks are provided for the Glow Walk.
Registration opens August 11, 2026 and closes September 18, 2026. Fees are listed as $25 for adults and $15 for ages 4 to 17. Registration by September 6 guarantees a race t-shirt; registration after that date may not include a t-shirt.
