Glen Doherty Memorial Road Race
The annual Glen Doherty Memorial Road Race will be held on September 20, 2026, in Winchester, Massachusetts. Race weekend activities are centered at Winchester Town Hall and the Jenks Center area.
Distances:
- 5K
- 10K; all 10K participants complete the same loop twice.
Registration is offered for in person and virtual participants. Published pricing windows include an early bird rate through July 10, a regular registration period through September 18, and a race weekend rate. A virtual option is available with the same pricing structure, and virtual registrants must register by September 9 for mailed bibs. Race shirts are free to the first 500 in person registered participants; shirts and other merchandise are also available for purchase during bib pickup and on race weekend.
Bib pickup and in person registration occur the day before the race at Winchester Town Hall and on race day at the Jenks Center Parking Lot. The course uses the same route as the 2024 and 2025 races. Street parking is available in downtown Winchester and in lots by the Winchester Center MBTA station, McCall Middle School and Winchester High School.
