Glen Cove YMCA 5K Run/Walk 2027
The Glen Cove YMCA 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for May 8, 2027 at Glen Cove High School, 150 Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove, NY 11542. Proceeds provide local individuals and families in need with access to the Y's healthy living and youth programs.
Registration is not yet open; the organizer indicates registration will open ahead of the event date and offers a notification option for when it becomes available.
Event amenities include post-race awards, prizes, refreshments, and sponsor giveaways. Participant T-shirts are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Awards include a one year full adult Y membership and a Y gift basket for the top male and female overall, and medals for the top three finishers in each age group (15 & Under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+).
Bib pickup is offered both before the event at the YMCA in Glen Cove and on race day at Glen Cove High School; virtual bibs are shipped to participants. Live online results and same-day finish line photos are provided, and additional event photos are made available after the race.
