Girls on the Run Southwest Missouri Spring 5K
The event is a celebratory 5K that closes the Girls on the Run season and gives program participants a tangible sense of accomplishment. It is scheduled for May 2, 2026, at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, at the Betty & Bobby Allison South Stadium, 830 E Bear Blvd (Monroe St). Pre race activities are offered and are optional. Parking is available at MSU Lot 25.
Online registration has defined deadlines and price tiers. Online registration closes April 28, 2026. A Running Buddies discount of $5 applies to registrations completed by March 30, 2026. Registration prices through April 28 are: adult (age 16 and up) $35, student (under 16) $15, and team adult (five or more) $25. Registration prices from April 29 through May 2 are: adult $45, student $25, and team adult $35.
Program participants do not need to complete individual registration; their 5K registration is included with program fees and is submitted by Girls on the Run staff.
