About the race
The Girls on the Run Northeast Wisconsin 5K is a noncompetitive, celebratory event marking the end of a season of Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programs. The 5K takes place on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, at Ariens Nordic Center, 1111 Round Lake Road, Brillion, WI. The course length is 3.1 miles and the event is open to the public; program participants and coaches are already registered and do not need to register.
Registration for additional participants follows tiered pricing: Early Bird Sept 30–Oct 21 ($25), General Oct 22–Nov 4 ($30), and Day of Nov 7 ($35). All registrations include a liability waiver. Free parking is available but limited; designated accessible parking spots are provided. There is one water stop on the course; participants may bring additional water if needed.
Every registered program participant who completes the 5K receives a medal. Additional running buddies and community participants receive a commemorative item such as a shirt or hat. Finish line refreshments will be provided by area businesses. The event includes participant activities such as bib bling, poster making for cheer stations, and happy hair stations, and merchandise will be available for purchase.
Pets are not allowed; properly identified service animals are permitted. Safety measures include race bibs, assigned running buddies, course monitoring, head counts, and a safety plan for staff and volunteers.
