Girls On The Run Greater Boston Spring Season Celebratory 5K
The Girls On The Run Greater Boston Spring Season Celebratory 5K takes place on May 30, 2026 at Boston Common (0 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02108). The event marks the end of the spring program and provides a structured 5 kilometer course where program participants complete a season finale. The organizer notes that crossing the finish line gives participants a tangible sense of accomplishment and can support increased confidence. Every participant in the 5K receives a commemorative medal.

- Coach Registration: free, registration opened 2026-01-19 and closed 2026-01-20.
- 5K Buddy Registration: opens 2026-04-13 and closed 2026-05-29, fee $35. 5K Buddies must be 16 or older, pair one-to-one with a participant, and are responsible for encouraging, motivating, and keeping their participant safe on course and throughout the day.
- Community Runner Registration: opens 2026-02-12 and closes 2026-05-30, fee $50, with a limited number of spots for members of the general public.
