Event
The Girls on the Run 5K Somerville Presented by The Waldele Family Foundation is scheduled for November 23, 2025 in Somerville, NJ (08876). The event is a 5K run that marks the 24th anniversary of Girls on the Run of Central NJ. Organizers note a suggested $24 donation at registration to support the program's scholarship fund. The SoleMates fundraising program also supports scholarships for girls in low-income areas.
Logistics and race services
The race start is on E. High Street at Grove Street and registration is located on the Somerset County Courthouse lawn. Packet pick-up and on-site registration are available. Timing is provided by chip timing through Tristate Timing. There are water stops on course and at the finish. All pre-registered participants receive a T-shirt; additional shirts are available while supplies last. Post-race refreshments are provided for runners only.
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Early registration by 10/24 is $30; 10/25-11/7 is $35; 11/8-11/19 at noon is $40; race-day registration is $45.
