Event Overview
The Giralda Farms Run is a long-standing athletic tradition hosted in Madison, New Jersey. The 2026 edition marks the 41st year of this event, which takes place within the Giralda Farms Corporate Park. The competition is recognized as a USATFNJ Men's and Women's Open Championship 700 point event.
Race Options
Participants can choose from several distance options held on the same day:
- 10K
- 5K
- 10K + 5K Combo
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run
The combo option allows participants to participate in both the 10K and the 5K scheduled later in the morning.
Competition and Awards
The event includes an awards structure for both the 10K and 5K distances. For the 10K race, cash prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the Open category, as well as the top three male and female finishers in the Masters USATF-NJ age-graded category.
Age group awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in both the 10K and 5K. These categories include participants under 15, those aged 15-19, 20-29, and subsequent five-year age groups ranging from 30 up to 90 and older.
