Gingersnap 5K - Waxhaw, NC
Gingersnap 5K is a community running event on November 21, 2026 that benefits Girls on the Run of Union County. The event is based at 202 West North Main Street in Waxhaw with race activities using Waxhaw Downtown Park and local pickup locations.
Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing. Presenting and finish line sponsors include Novant Health and Cigna. Results will be live-streamed on race day, including a midway split time taken at the turnaround.

Shirt guarantee date is October 31, 2026; registrations after that date receive shirts as supplies last.
Packet pickup locations and times are published for November 19, November 20, and race morning at downtown Waxhaw. Registration policies note no refunds, entries transferable for a $5 fee, and that management may cancel or modify the event.
