The Ghastly Gorge Grind is a trail running event held at Ski Wentworth in Wentworth, Nova Scotia. It features two distances: an approximately 8-kilometer loop and a longer 16-kilometer loop. The course includes challenging hills, over 700 meters of vertical gain, beautiful single-track trails, and a scenic waterfall.
The 8k route follows Ghastly Gorge and Crazy Creek, extending into cross-country trails, while the 16k adds more terrain for a tougher challenge. The event supports local causes, donating to the Wentworth Food Bank and the Old School House heritage building.
