Pugwash Harbourfest 5k Salt Dash

The Pugwash Harbourfest 5k Salt Dash is a scenic 5-kilometer run held in the charming village of Pugwash, starting and finishing at Eaton Park. Open to runners, walkers, families, and strollers, the course takes participants from the village to Pugwash Point and back, offering a beautiful seaside summer experience. The event is sponsored by Windsor Salt and Basic Spirit, with handcrafted pewter medals awarded to the first 60 finishers.
