Pugwash Harbourfest 5k Salt Dash

The Pugwash Harbourfest 5K Salt Dash is a family-friendly running event held in the scenic village of Pugwash, Nova Scotia. The 5K course starts and finishes at Eaton Park, taking participants on a picturesque route to Pugwash Point and back. Open to runners, walkers, and strollers, the event welcomes all skill levels.

After the race, participants can enjoy Harbourfest’s live entertainment, food vendors, and family activities. Sponsored by Windsor Salt and Basic Spirit, the first 60 finishers receive handcrafted pewter medals.
