The Pugwash Harbourfest 5K Salt Dash is a family-friendly running event held in the scenic village of Pugwash, featuring a 5-kilometer route from Eaton Park to Pugwash Point and back. Open to runners, walkers, and strollers of all levels, the race offers a welcoming atmosphere with parking and amenities at the start/finish area. Sponsored by Windsor Salt and Basic Spirit, the event awards handcrafted pewter medals to the first 60 finishers.
