The course is a repeating loop of approximately 4.59 km per lap, comprised of single track, gravel, and a short paved section. Elevation is low, about 25 meters per loop, and the terrain is described as low technical. There is no per-loop time limit. One aid station at the Start/Keep Going line will provide water, an electrolyte drink, lap-marking boards, and basic nutrition. This is a cupless event; cups will not be provided for beverages.

Participants may camp the night before free of charge in a designated camping area and may set up their own aid stations in available spots along the course. Runners are encouraged to wear a headlamp and reflective gear if running after dusk. Registration prices listed are CA$110.24 for the 24-hour entry and CA$142.63 for the weekend/32-hour entry.
