Get Your Rear in Gear - Rochester is a colon cancer fundraising 5K run and walk held at Cascade Lake Park in Rochester, MN on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The event raises funds for the Colon Cancer Coalition and includes awards for teams and individuals at the closing ceremony.

- Race day and packet pick-up July 10 – 11: Adult $40, Youth $20, Kid’s Fun Run $20.
