Get the Slack Out 5k
The Get the Slack Out 5k takes place on May 31, 2026 in Cape May Courthouse, New Jersey. The event runs at Dennisville Recreational Park on paved park trails and is followed by a post race party at Slack Tide Brewing, located less than 4 miles from the park.

Race amenities include post race beer, a custom pint glass, free race photos and a finisher medal. A food truck from Sea Breeze Pizza will serve at the brewery location after the race.
Awards are presented to the overall top three male and female finishers and in age group categories. Age group awards are offered for under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 plus. Packet pickup begins at 8am on race morning.
