Event Overview

Course Details
The swim takes place in the Delaware Bay, with the ferry transporting athletes to their respective jump points based on race distance. The bike course is closed to traffic and leads through local vineyards and back country roads. The run course includes sections on sand.
Participation Details
The event is USA Triathlon sanctioned, and athletes must follow all USAT rules. Registration includes a tech shirt, finisher medal, and a post-race breakfast buffet. Mandatory athlete check-in occurs the day before the race at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal.
