Escape the Cape Triathlon

Escape the Cape Triathlon, held in Lower Township, New Jersey, is a multi-distance event produced by DelMoSports and sponsored by DeSatnick Real Estate. The highlight is a 12-foot jump off the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, followed by Olympic and sprint options, plus aquabikes and relays. Distances include Olympic: 1 mile swim, 23 mile bike, 5 mile run; Sprint: 0.35 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run; Aquabike variants follow the same swim-bike layout.

The course features safe, closed roads, a scenic, athlete-focused experience, and runs that go through sand (not wheelchair friendly).
