Get MOVE'n 5K Retro Run
The Get MOVE'n 5K Retro Run is a family-friendly running and walking event held at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville. Participants are encouraged to wear decade-inspired costumes as they move through a course themed around disco vibes and throwback music. The event centers on movement and community, with all proceeds supporting inclusive dance classes, scholarships, and programs for individuals of all abilities.
The event features several participation options:
- 5K Adult Participant (3.11 miles)
- 5K Child Participant (3.11 miles)
- General Admission (Access to activities and performances without the run)
Attendees can visit various community vendors and participate in family-oriented activities on-site. Following the main physical event, a performance by students takes place. Awards and prizes are also part of the day's program.
Check-in occurs on the day of the race at the welcome table located at Edwin Warner Picnic Shelter #10. There is no early packet pickup available for this event. Registration for the running portions remains open until March 10, while general admission tickets can be purchased until the morning of the event.
