Gervasi Haunted Wine Run 5k
The event is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Gervasi Vineyard in Canton, Ohio on October 10, 2026. The course starts and finishes at Gervasi Winery and follows a mostly paved route along the middle branch trail. The route includes a loop around Veteran’s Park and finishes at the Crush House.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a race bib, online posted results, and a pour of wine. The event offers age group awards for the top three finishers in ten-year categories from 19 & under through 80 & over. Competitive runners must start with the first group to be eligible for age group awards. Age group medals are available only on the day of the event and may be picked up at the registration table after results are posted.
Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the race from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Still House on the Gervasi property and on race day during a designated morning window. Minors may participate and receive a discounted registration but do not receive a wine glass or a pour of wine. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground. Walking is permitted. Dogs are not allowed on site because USDA rules prohibit them on the produce and vegetable farm. The event partners with Save A Mom Rescue, a 501(c)(3) no-kill rescue that specializes in helping pregnant and nursing dogs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
