Geneva Mixed Team Relay presented by Red Jacket Orchards
The event is a mixed team relay triathlon held on the Seneca Lake waterfront in Geneva, NY, on July 24, 2027. Teams consist of four athletes with an even gender split: two men and two women. Each teammate completes the full swim, bike, and run sequence in turn, tagging the next teammate in the designated relay zone. Total team time is used to determine awards.
Distances for each relay leg are approximately:
- Swim: 300 m (approx 330 yd)
- Bike: 3.0 miles (approx 4.8 km)
- Run: 0.6 mile (approx 1 km)
Registration is offered in two ways. Full team registration is for a complete four-person team; the captain creates a team name, submits the single team registration, and pays the team fee. Individual registration is for a single athlete who will be randomly placed with three others to form a full team. Fees listed are $200.00 for a full team and $50.00 for individual registration. Registration opens August 19, 2026 and closes June 30, 2027.
Awards include overall awards for the top three teams and age-group awards determined from team age. Course distances are approximate and may be adjusted for environmental or safety reasons.
