Gecko Gathering – Siblyback Lake 2026
Gecko Gathering takes place at Siblyback Lake in Liskeard, Great Britain on 20 June 2026. The event is a lap-format trail meeting that offers multiple distance options and an endurance challenge around a 4.8 km circuit.
Participants can choose from these distances:
- 2.5 km fun run
- 4.8 km lap
- 9.6 km course
The Siblython is an eight hour endurance event run around the 4.8 km lap. A minimum of three laps is required to claim the Siblython medal; 4.4 laps equate to a half marathon and nine laps to a marathon. Competitors may continue to add laps while the event clock runs.
Facilities and event features include on-site camping, an open café, buggy friendly routes, personalised bibs, a Siblyback Gecko Gathering 2026 medal for all finishers, awards for top finishers in each distance, and free race photography. The event is Stage 5 of The PGE 5K & 10K Trail Running Championship Series 2026.
Age rules are specified: minimum five years for the fun run, eight years for the 5K, 14 years for the 10K and 18 years for the Siblython. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
