GCS Harvest Classic 5K
The GCS Harvest Classic 5K is a 5K fun run and walk held on October 24, 2026, in historic Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The course starts and finishes at Gaston Christian School Gym, located at 105 E. Ridge St., Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
The event is a fundraiser to benefit security needs at the school. Registration opens August 21, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00. Registered participants receive a custom GCS Harvest Classic T-shirt and a race bib.
Awards are given to the overall male and female winners and to the top male and female in each age category: 12 and under, 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.
Packet pick-up is available at Gaston Christian School on Friday, October 23 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and on Saturday, October 24 at the school from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
