The course starts and finishes on Dagsworthy Street beach side. Post race awards and the post race party are held inside Bottle and Cork. Amenities include gender specific tech t-shirts and a post race party with food and beer for participants 21 and over.
Chip timing is used with the MYLAPS BibTag system and results are posted online during the event and after completion. Awards are presented to overall and masters top finishers by gun time, with other age groups scored by chip time. Prizes include gift cards for top winners and age-group awards for five year brackets from youth through 80+; awards are also given to top walkers.
Logistics and policies noted by the organizer include limited parking at Northbeach, free street or meter parking where available, no dogs due to insurance liability, non-transferable bibs, and no refunds.
