Gary P. Lister Bottle & Cork Ten Miler

Now in its 49th year, the Gary P. Lister Bottle & Cork Ten Miler and 5K takes place in Dewey Beach, Delaware, as part of the Ten Sisters of Dewey Beach series. The event offers a UATF-certified 10-mile out-and-back course through residential neighborhoods and a 5K run/walk, including a competitive walking option.

The start and finish are on Dagsworthy Street beach side, and participants enjoy a post-race party and awards inside Bottle and Cork. Amenities include water stops every two miles, gender-specific tech shirts, and MYLAPS timing. Parking is limited at Northbeach, with nearby metered spaces for attendees.
