Format and rules
The challenge asks participants to run repeated laps of the same route. Each lap is 3 miles and must be completed within a 45-minute interval. Laps begin and end at the Game Changers store and follow the store’s usual Monday night route. There are up to 12 laps; completing all 12 equals 36 miles. Each lap completed earns entries in a drawing for a pair of shoes, with the number of entries increasing by lap (for example, first lap = 1 entry, second lap = 2 entries). To earn drawing entries, participants must start at the official start time and run the laps consecutively; runners who join later do not receive drawing entries.
Other details: a clock will track the 45-minute lap window, nutrition will be available during the day, organizers encourage logging miles with Strava or Garmin, and finishing the full challenge earns a SWAG bag.
