Galveston Marathon & Half Marathon
The Galveston Marathon Weekend takes place on February 21, 2027 in Galveston, Texas, at 515 Seawall Blvd. The event offers multiple race formats along the Galveston Seawall with views of the Gulf of Mexico and sections through Beach Town and East Beach. The full marathon is a Boston-qualifying course.

- Wheelchair and handcycle divisions for Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K
- Virtual Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K with participation on an individual schedule
Registration windows in 2026 and 2027 are provided for the in-person and virtual options. Fees are specified for each event. Registration includes a commemorative technical shirt, a finisher medal for all events, post-race food, and access to the post race party. Technical shirts are long sleeve for the full and half marathon and short sleeve for the 5K. The event states a commitment to accessibility and to hosting adaptive athlete-friendly races.
