Galley Hill Dash
EPIC Norfolk and the Mile Cross Project & Events Group (MXPEG) organise the Galley Hill Dash at Galley Hill in Mile Cross, opposite the entrance to Sloughbottom Park, NR3 2PW. The event uses road terrain and includes facilities on site.
The main event requires participants to complete ten ascents and nine descents of Galley Hill, a total distance of approximately 1.50 miles. Entry costs £3.00 and includes a race medal. Entry numbers are limited to 150. There will not be chip-timing. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. By entering, participants agree to receive event updates from the organiser.
Several free fun races take place alongside the main event. These include a wheelbarrow race, slow bikes, a mobility aid parade, a hobby horse race and a group hill activity. Separate entry is required for the main dash, while the listed fun races are free to enter.
