Location and logistics
The race takes place at Two Rivers Park, 3150 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214. Registration prices listed range from $20.83 to $86.66, including an $8.66 fee. 5k/10k youth pricing for ages 12 and under is $17.
In-person registrations for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon include a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal. Chip timing with live results and awards, free race photos, and post-race awards at the registration tent are provided for timed events. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed; these untimed events do not qualify for age group awards.
Age group awards are given for timed events by gender for overall, masters (40+), and multiple age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos to the event results and photos pages. The organizer is Bodies Race Company. The event has a no-refund policy; cancellation will occur only for venue requirements or hazardous conditions, in which case entries may be transferred to the virtual event.
