Frostbite 5K/10K - Hendersonville
The 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K takes place on December 19, 2026 at the Sumner County Family YMCA, 102 Bluegrass Commons Blvd., Hendersonville, TN. The event benefits the Sumner County Family YMCA and supports programs that strengthen the local community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

- 10 km
- 5 km
- Family 1 Mile (12 years and younger)
- Family 1 Mile (13 years and older)
The 5K and 10K are certified and chip-timed. The course is stroller- and pet-friendly. The event typically draws approximately 500 participants each year.
All participants receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to top overall age-group finishers, including masters (40+), grand masters (50+), and senior grand masters (60+).
