About the race
The First Finish Invitational is a one-day running event held January 23, 2027, in Hendersonville, Tennessee at 144 Scotch Street. The inaugural event, presented by Finish Line Society, offers in-person and virtual participation across several standard road distances and intends to provide a measured early-season race experience.

Registration opens October 14, 2026. In-person registration for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon closes November 1, 2026. Virtual registration remains open through January 23, 2027. Published registration fees are $35 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, $65 for the Half Marathon, and $50 for the virtual entry.
Race services include professional chip timing, a custom finisher medal, an official race shirt, professional race photography, overall and age-group awards, on-course hydration and support, post-race refreshments, and a finish-line celebration. Virtual participants receive an official race bib, participant shirt, custom finisher medal, and shipping; virtual results may be submitted through the event results page beginning race weekend.
