Fun(d) Run - Tewksbury
The first annual 5K Fun(d) Run is a community fundraising event organized by TMHS Classes of '27, '28 and '29 at Tewksbury Memorial High School, 320 Pleasant Street, Tewksbury, MA. The event raises funds to support junior and senior proms, Senior week, and other student activities.
The event offers a run or walk of 3.2 Miles that begins and ends in the high school driveway. Volunteers will be stationed along the route and two water stations will be available. Bathrooms will be available at the high school on the field. Parking is available in the high school lot; attendees arriving later should plan to park at the Ryan school and walk over. Registration and bib pick up will be available on race day.
Participants may register as individuals or as part of a team. Teams of ten or more members receive a 15% group discount per person once the tenth person registers. There will be team based awards, including a most team spirit award, and individual awards. Regular registration fee is $30. Student pricing of $25 applies until September 1 for participants 18 and under. Registration opens May 15 and closes September 30. Post race festivities will include food trucks, face painting, lawn games and music. Donations are accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
