FUN FIT 5K / 10K & Hybrid 5K
This event takes place at Pompano Air Park in Pompano Beach. Parking is available at the south end of the Galuppi's parking lot. A finish line clock will be present. All three event options are non scored. Each participant will receive a club T shirt, a signature bib and a finisher medal.
Packet pick up at Runners Depot (Davie and Fort Lauderdale) starts Saturday July 11 and closes Friday July 17 at noon. Packet pick up and registration are also available on race day.

The Hybrid 5K option includes a fitness challenge: participants who elect the Hybrid 5K complete 10 repetitions of one selected exercise every 1/2 mile. The listed exercises are jumping jacks, sit ups, lunges, air squats, pushups and burpees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
