Course and format
The course is at the Pompano Air Park. Participants are asked to park at the south end of the Galuppi's parking lot. There will be a finish line clock and each participant receives a club T-shirt, a finisher medal, and a signature bib. The event is described as a non scored event.
Participants who choose the Hybrid 5K complete 10 repetitions of one exercise every 1/2 mile. The exercise options listed are jumping jacks, sit ups, lunges, air squats, pushups, and burpees.
