Event overview
The Frozen Oaks 5K is a chip-timed run/walk held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Randall Oaks Golf Club & Banquets on Binnie Road in West Dundee, Illinois. The course runs through the Randall Oaks Golf Course and includes multiple turns. This is the event's seventh annual edition.
Registration and fees
Preregistration closes Monday, February 2. No registrations are accepted February 3-6. Race day registration is available on site during the morning (swag bags and sweatshirts while supplies last). The listed registration price for the 5K is $66.18, inclusive of mandatory charges and fees.
Event inclusions and awards
Preregistered participants receive a Frozen Oaks 5K swag bag that includes one ticket to the chili bar, one drink ticket (options listed as soda, Bloody Mary, wine, or beer), and a guaranteed Frozen Oaks 5K sweatshirt. Awards are given to the overall men's and women's winners and to the top three finishers in each age group for men and women. The event is chip timed.
