Frosty Rock Challenge
The Rotary Club of Fort Atkinson will host the 14th annual Frosty Rock Challenge on November 7, 2026 at Fort Atkinson High School, 925 Lexington Blvd, Fort Atkinson, WI.
The event includes three distances:
- 12k run mixed road and trail through Dorothy Carnes County Park and oak savannah
- 5k run neighborhood streets route starting and ending at the high school
- 1 mile walk/run untimed loop around the high school grounds, free with requested registration
Pre registration for the 12k and 5k is $25. The 1 mile walk run is free, though registration is requested. Event T shirts are available for $15 optional. Packets can be picked up the night before at the FHC Business Services office.
The 12k course combines roads and trails and passes the historic Mason Farms log home, marshes, wetlands and prairie before returning to the high school. The 5k explores local neighborhood streets. All race courses will close at 11:00am.
Awards are presented overall and by age group. Age categories include 12 and under for the 5k only, and 13 19, 20 29, 30 39, 40 49, 50 59 and 60 plus for both the 5k and 12k, for male and female finishers.
Proceeds support Fort Rotary community projects such as park improvements, support for schools and local non profits, and international projects in the Philippines, India, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Poland, and Ukraine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
