Event overview
Frosty Aquathlon 2026 takes place on 1 March 2026 in Littlehampton, Great Britain. The event is organised by Tuff Fitty Triathlon Club and is held at Littlehampton Wave on Sea Road (BN16 2NA). 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of the event. The swim takes place in a 25 m indoor pool with lane counters and poolside transitions, and the run follows a flat circuit around the local boating lake and along the seafront promenade. All competitors receive a memento and individual and team prizes are awarded.
Race formats, entry and rules
Two race distances are offered:
- 800 m pool swim and 10 km run
- 400 m pool swim and 5 km run
Minimum ages: Frostbite (5 km) - 16; Frosty (10 km) - 17. Entries are online only and close on 23 February 2026. Entry fees are the same for both races: £35.00 for British Triathlon Federation (BTF) members (excluding a ResultsBase fee) and £43.00 for non-BTF members, which includes an £8 BTF Race Pass required for insurance. Non-UK residents must provide their own insurance through their home federation or a personal provider. Team entries comprise four nominated members and must include at least one female and one open category competitor; team results combine the four individual times.
