- 25K - single-loop trail around Cumming Nature Center and Honeoye Inlet Wildlife Management Area
- 10K - shorter loop using the Cumming Nature Center trail system
Course details
The longer course is described as approximately 23 km and follows a single loop that circumnavigates both the Cumming Nature Center and the Honeoye Inlet Wildlife Management Area. Runners encounter a steep, winding ascent and descent on historic logging roads, then traverse the maintained Cumming Nature Center trail network before crossing less-traveled, more rugged terrain along the Rattlesnake Hill ridgeline east of Lake Honeoye. Three on-course aid stations are provided, placed at about 4-mile intervals.
The 10K route has less elevation gain and is described as a more runnable, less remote loop within the Cumming Nature Center trail system. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
