Froggy Mountain 50 and 100
Froggy Mountain hosts two long-distance trail races in Galax, VA held on private property. The course is a one mile loop with approximately 500 feet of vertical gain per loop. Aid is available at the start and finish area every loop and hot food is served throughout the event.

- 50 mile
- 100 mile
A 60 hour cutoff applies. Portable toilets and a hot outdoor shower are provided. Limited tent and car camping options are available on site. Leashed pets are allowed. Finishers receive a finisher buckle; entrants who register by May 13 are guaranteed a buckle on race day and later registrants will have buckles mailed after the race.
Registration closes in mid June 2026. Packet pickup, a pre-race meeting, and other race-day procedures are arranged by the organizer. The event notes that it operates entirely on private property and provides aid and basic amenities at the loop start and finish area.
