Event
Froggy Mountain Adventures organizes races near Galax, VA on private property. The event offers the following distances:
- 100 miles
- 50 miles
Finishers receive a finisher buckle. Later registrants will have buckles mailed after the race. Shirts are available; participants must provide a shirt size to the organizer.
Course and logistics
The course is a 1 mile loop with approximately 500 feet of vertical gain per loop. Aid is available at the start/finish area on each loop, and hot food is served throughout the event. The event uses a 60 hour cutoff. Facilities include portable toilets, a hot outdoor shower, and limited tent and car camping. Leashed pets are allowed.
