Froggy Mountain 100
Froggy Mountain 100 is an ultramarathon event near Galax, Virginia, held on private property at 166 Old Quaker Rd. The event offers both 50 and 100 mile race options on the same loop course.

Both races use a one mile loop course with approximately 500 feet of vertical gain per loop. Aid is available at the start and finish area every loop, and hot food is served throughout the event. A 60 hour cutoff applies.
Onsite facilities include portable toilets, a hot outdoor shower, and limited tent and car camping options. Leashed pets are allowed. Buckles are presented to all finishers. Registration closes Thu, Jun 18 at 11:59 PM ET. Organizers request shirt sizes by June 1. Register by 5/13 to be guaranteed a finisher buckle on race day; later registrants will be mailed finisher buckles after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
