Distances
- 100 miles : 60 hour cutoff; about 50,000 ft cumulative climb.
- 50 miles : 60 hour cutoff; about 25,000 ft cumulative climb.
The course runs on a private one mile trail through mountain forest with approximately 500 feet of climb per mile. Aid is provided frequently, with an aid station every mile and a mini second aid/water station on course. Camping toilets will be available on the route. Organizers list hot food served throughout the event at the main aid area.
Logistics note that packet pickup and crew/camp setup are available beginning the Thursday before the race. Free car and tent camping is available for runners and crews, and the main house provides indoor shower, flushing toilet, and kitchen access. A mobile home Airbnb offers a queen bed option for USD 50 per night and a king with private bath for USD 60 per night. Pacers are permitted after 50k. All 100 mile finishers receive a custom buckle; 50 mile finishers receive a Froggy medal. The 100 mile buckle is presented as a tribute to fallen service members and those who died by suicide.
