New River Trail Races

New River Trail Races in Fries, Virginia, are run entirely on 100% dirt, flat terrain along the New River and Chestnut Creek in the New River Trail State Park. Distances are 100k, 50k, 25k, and 10k, with all courses running out-and-back. The event features cupless aid stations stocked with electrolyte drink, water, Coke, PB&J, snacks, and hot foods at select points; drop bags are allowed for 50k and 100k; 100k finishers receive a buckle, and shirts may be unavailable if registered after April 1.
