Event overview
The 2026 Frigid 10K and Frosty 5K takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at The Discovery Centre, 57 Discovery Drive, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation. In-person and virtual participants receive a race kit that can include a long-sleeve ASICS technical shirt while supplies last. Virtual participants receive a finisher's shirt and medal and can have their kit mailed or picked up.

Logistics and virtual option
Race kit pickup is scheduled on the days prior to the event and on race day at The Discovery Centre and at the Stoney Creek Running Room store. If the in-person event cannot proceed as planned, it will be switched to a virtual race; in that case there are no refunds, entrants still receive their race kit, and they may complete and submit their results virtually. Virtual results can be tracked with the ASICS Runkeeper app or submitted on the event results page. Everyone who posts virtual results receives a virtual finisher certificate.
Charity and extras
Proceeds support the Joseph Brant Hospital Mental Health and Addictions program and Hamilton Food Share. Tax receipts are issued for donations of CA$20.00 or more.
