Frigid 10K and Frosty 5K
The event is held in Hamilton, Ontario, with HMCS STAR and the Discovery Centre noted as event locations. It offers in-person races plus a virtual option that allows participants to complete the distance from another location.

- 10 km double loop
- 5 km out and back
In-person participants receive a race kit. There are scheduled kit pickup days at the Stoney Creek Running Room store and a race day pickup at HMCS STAR. Kits may include a long sleeve technical shirt for early registrants in limited sizes and two colour options including a yellow reflective 30th anniversary edition, plus a finisher medal. Limited event merchandise is also available.
The virtual race is tracked through the ASICS Runkeeper app and allows participants to record and submit results during a late winter to spring window. Virtual registrants receive a finisher shirt and medal and may have their kit mailed or pick it up during the scheduled pickups. Anyone who posts virtual results receives a virtual finisher certificate.
Proceeds and donations support the Mental Health and Addictions program at Joseph Brant Hospital. Donations of twenty dollars or more are eligible for a tax receipt.
