FRIGHTFUL FAIRWAY 5K (Fall Into Winter)
The FRIGHTFUL FAIRWAY 5K takes place in Cocoa Beach at the Cocoa Beach Country Club, 5000 Tom Warriner Blvd., on Saturday October 24, 2026. The event uses a new course that runs about 3.1 miles across golf course terrain and offers views of the river along the route.
The event program includes an in-person 5k, a virtual 5k option, and a Family Team division of two participants. The virtual option allows participants to run anywhere, report a time, and have a race bag mailed after completion. Halloween costumes are encouraged for in-person participants.
All runners receive a race medal, a T-shirt that is not gender specific, and post-race light refreshments or breakfast. Non-participants may purchase T-shirts for $15; shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrations on race day. Special awards are planned for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Masters overall in both male and female divisions.
Packet pickup and late registration are available Thursday, October 23 at the Cocoa Beach Recreation Center and Friday, October 24 at the Cocoa Beach Country Club; packet pickup is also available on race day at the Country Club starting early in the morning.
