Fright and Flight 5K
Fright and Flight 5K takes place on October 4, 2026 at Hyde Lake Pavilion in Shelby Farms Park, Great View Drive North, Memphis, TN.
The event offers multiple race options:
- 5K
- 5K - Cross Country Team
- Kids Fun Run
Proceeds benefit the Dorothy Day House, a nonprofit that advocates for and supports homeless families in Memphis. The Dorothy Day House provides housing assistance and job support for the families it serves. The event serves to help get those families into the Halloween spirit.
Awards will be presented to the top three male and top three female overall finishers.
Packet pickup and the start line are located at Hyde Lake Pavilion within Shelby Farms Park.
Registration terms note that there are no refunds unless a participant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to Acts of God.
