Fright and Flight 5K, Memphis TN
Fright and Flight 5K is a fundraising race held at Hyde Lake Pavilion in Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee on October 4, 2026. The event benefits the Dorothy Day House, a nonprofit that advocates for and supports homeless families in Memphis by providing housing and job support. The race is also described as serving to help get those families into the Halloween spirit.

Packet pickup and the start line are located at Hyde Lake Pavilion, Great View Drive North. Awards are presented to the top three male and top three female overall finishers.
Registration features early bird, standard, and race day pricing options. The organizer states there are no refunds unless the participant selected a refund protection program. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to Acts of God.
